Opening an activity
Tap the activity in any of these places:
- the Agenda
- Now & Next
- the Notes & Activities tab on a record
The activity shows:
- the date and time
- who it's assigned to, and any other attendees
- how it repeats
- any reminders
- notes
- the records it's linked to
On iPhone it opens as a sheet: swipe it down or tap X to close it. On Android it opens full screen: tap X to close it.
Marking an activity as done
Tick Mark As Done?. It saves straight away. To undo, untick it.
If the change can't be saved, the tick clears again. Check your signal and try again.
For a repeating activity, this marks only this occurrence as done.
This isn't available on custom appointments.
Editing or moving an activity
- Tap the pencil button.
- Change what you need. To move the activity to another time, change the date and time.
- Tap Save.
- If the activity repeats, choose what to change, then tap Save:
- This Activity
- This and following activities
- All activities
You can't change:
- how an activity repeats
- who a task, call or meeting is assigned to. (You can change this on a custom appointment.)
To change either of these, delete the activity and add it again.
Deleting an activity
- Tap Delete.
- Confirm:
- For a one-off activity, tap Delete.
- For a repeating activity, choose This Activity, This and following activities or All activities, then tap Confirm.
You'll see Activity deleted, and the activity closes. You can't undo this in Pocket.
From the Notes & Activities tab
On a record's Notes & Activities tab, tap the … next to an activity for a shortcut menu:
- Mark as Done or Mark as Not Done
- Delete: this deletes the activity straight away, without asking you to confirm.
