Opening your profile
On the Agenda tab, tap your photo or initials in the top right.
Your profile shows your name, team, mobile number and email address, as they're set up in Loop. You can't change them in Pocket. To update them, use Loop or ask your agency's Loop administrator.
Calling or emailing a colleague
Under Team, your profile lists the agents at your agency with their mobile numbers.
- Tap the phone icon to call a colleague.
- Tap the email icon to start an email.
If your phone can't make calls (a Wi-Fi-only iPad, for example) or has no email app set up, you'll see Nothing to open this with.
Settings
From your profile, tap the gear icon in the top right.
General
- Privacy Policy: opens Loop's privacy policy in your browser.
Notifications
Turn alerts on or off for:
- Viewing Cancellations
- New Buyer Enquiries
- New Seller Enquiries
- New Renter Enquiries
All four are on to start with. These settings apply to this phone only. If you use Pocket on more than one device, set up each one. See Notifications in Loop Pocket.
Other
- Theme: choose Light or Dark. Until you choose, Pocket matches your phone's setting. Your choice is saved on this phone.
- Rate the app: asks your phone to show the App Store or Google Play rating box. Your phone decides whether to show it, so sometimes nothing happens.
- Sign Out: see Signing in and out of Loop Pocket.
Checking which version you have
Your app version is at the bottom of Settings, for example Powered by Loop (v1.28.0). Our support team may ask you for it.
