Pocket shows you the offers on a sales property and the applications on a lettings property. That way you can answer questions about them while you're out.
You can't add, accept, reject or withdraw an offer or application in Pocket yet. Do this in Loop.
Offers on a sales property
- Open the property and tap the Offers tab.
- Each offer shows the buyer, date and time, the amount offered and its status.
- Tap an offer to open it.
The offer has six tabs: Details, Sellers, Buyers, System Log, Notes & Activities and Documents.
The Details tab shows:
- the Status and the Offer amount
- the Date, Buyer and Property
- Negotiation: the negotiating team and agent
- Offer Information: what the offer is subject to, any special conditions, fixtures and fittings to include or exclude, and Internal Notes
- Deposit Information: whether a deposit is needed, and how much
- Buyer Conditions
- Seller Feedback
The Sellers and Buyers tabs have buttons to call, text or email each person.
Applications on a lettings property
- Open the property and tap the Applications tab.
- Each application shows the applicant, date and time, the rent offered and its status.
- Tap an application to open it.
The application has six tabs: Details, Landlords, Renters, System Log, Notes & Activities and Documents.
The Details tab shows:
- the Status and the rent offered
- the Date, Renter and Property
- Negotiation: the negotiating team and agent
- Deposit Details: security deposit and holding deposit
- Terms Details: lease type, tenancy start, duration and end, earliest termination, and when to send a renewal

Recording what's happened
If you speak to a buyer, seller, renter or landlord about an offer or application, add a note on the offer or application's Notes & Activities tab. See Notes and activities on a record. Then make any changes in Loop.
Keep internal notes private
Offers show Internal Notes, and both offers and applications show negotiation details. These are for your agency only. Don't show your screen to buyers, sellers, renters or landlords.
