Now & Next shows your own day at a glance: what you should be doing now, what's next and how long you've got. It's handy between appointments, when you need directions or a quick call.
It only shows appointments where you're the attending agent. Activities you've been added to as another attendee are on the Agenda but not here.
Use the toggle at the top to switch between Current and Earlier Today.
Current
Active Agenda lists appointments that have started but not finished. The number in brackets is how many there are. Each one shows:
- Time Left: a countdown to the end of the appointment.
- View on Maps for viewings, appraisals and inspections. It opens the maps app of your choice, such as Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.
Viewings also have:
- Buyer Feedback: record what the buyer or renter thought. See Recording viewing feedback.
- Didn't Turn Up: records that the buyer or renter didn't arrive.
- Book Another Viewing
Coming Up lists the rest of today's appointments. Next to the heading is the time until the next one. It turns orange when it's under 30 minutes away and red under 15.
Each Coming Up card has phone and message buttons. They call or text:
- the buyer on a sales viewing
- the renter on a lettings viewing
- the seller on a sales appraisal
- the landlord on a lettings appraisal
Other appointments, such as tasks and inspections, have no contact attached, so the buttons won't call anyone.
Swipe a viewing to the left for Book Another Viewing, Re-Book Viewing and Cancel Viewing.
Earlier Today
Switch to Earlier Today to see appointments that have finished. Swipe a viewing to the left to:
- Book Another Viewing
- Buyer Feedback or Renter Feedback: record what they thought.
- Send feedback to Seller or Send feedback to Landlord

Didn't Turn Up
Tapping Didn't Turn Up records it straight away. Pocket doesn't ask you to confirm or show a message afterwards, so make sure before you tap. To check it's been recorded, open the viewing.
There's no undo in Pocket. If you tap it by mistake, open the viewing in Loop and mark it as done, or reschedule it to a later time.
Keeping it up to date
- Pull down to refresh.
- Now & Next also refreshes when you come back to Pocket, and after you add or change an activity.
The Agenda's filters and the Team Agenda toggle don't apply here.
Opening an appointment
Tap a card to open it, just as you would on the Agenda.
