The new Brochures and Window Cards feature allows you to create custom templates for your marketing materials. This article provides a brief overview of the new functionality. For detailed, step-by-step instructions on creating templates, please refer to the knowledge base article on this topic.
Key Features
Custom Templates: You can now design and save your own templates for brochures and window cards directly within your Loop settings.
Property-Specific Customization: Once a template is created, you can apply it to any property record. From there, you can further customize the content, such as images and text, before generating the final document.
Dynamic Updates: When you make changes to a property (e.g., a price change), you don't need to create a new brochure from scratch. You can simply edit the existing one, update the information, and save it.
Specialized Templates: You can create different templates for various purposes, such as a "Sold" brochure that includes a specific banner or flag image.
How It Works
Create Your Templates:
In your Loop account, navigate to Settings.
Find the new Brochures and Window Cards option.
Click on "Create New Template" to begin designing your custom layouts. You can give your template a specific name to easily identify it later.
Generate a Brochure or Window Card:
Go to a property record you want to work with.
Navigate to the Media and Text page. You will see a banner at the top of the page indicating the new feature.
Select the option to generate a brochure or window card.
Choose from the list of templates you created in the settings. Loop will automatically pre-fill the template with the property's information.
Customize and Save:
After selecting a template, you can customize the pages by choosing specific images for the layout. You can also edit the text to make it fit your design.
You have the option to include other documents, such as an EPC, within your brochure.
Once you're satisfied with the design, click "Save." The new brochure or window card will be stored in the brochures section of your Loop account.
