Loop Release Notes: March 20th, 2025

Introduction:

This article details the release notes for the Loop update deployed on March 20th, 2025. This release includes major feature enhancements, minor improvements, and bug fixes.

Major Feature Updates:

1. Enhanced Email Styling and Templates:

• Customizable Email Styles:
  • Users can now preview and select from new email styles within the settings.
  • Access the new styles by navigating to Settings > Email Templates > Styles.
  • Preview styles, send test emails, and select desired templates.
• New "In Property Maintenance" Email Template:
  • A new email template has been added for instructing jobs through safety certificates in property management.
  • Users can customize the subject line, heading, and body of this email.

2. Improved Appraisal Loss Management:

• Reason for Loss Tracking:
  • When marking an appraisal as lost, users can now specify the reason.
  • Two primary categories: "Lost" and "Lost Dead."
    • "Lost Dead" for appraisals sold through another agent or when owners are no longer involved.
    • "Lost" for other reasons, including "instructing another agent", "probate valuation".
      
      
• Automated Follow-up Call Scheduling:
  • For "Lost" appraisals, users can schedule follow-up calls for one, three, or six months in advance, or select a custom date.
  • The system prompts users to book the follow-up call in their diary upon marking an appraisal as lost.
• Filter by Reason for Loss:
  • Users can now filter lost appraisals by the reason for loss, facilitating targeted follow-up actions.

Minor Feature Improvements:

• Maintenance Job Key Information:
  • When booking a maintenance job, the job sheet now includes key set information, indicating whether the key is in, out, or checked out.
• Offer Note Persistence:
  • Notes entered on a rejected offer are now automatically copied to the notes section of the new offer created.
• Ad-hoc Email to Sale Participants:
  • Users can now send ad-hoc emails to multiple participants in a sale (e.g., buyers, sellers, solicitors) simultaneously.
  • Select recipients from a list of tagged contacts within the sale.

Bug Fixes:

• Resolved issues with notes and activity dispatches displaying in incorrect date order.
• Addressed multi-branding issues.
• Fixed merge tag functionality.
• Various other minor bug fixes.
