Hi everyone, Alex from Loop here with a quick video detailing the full release for Thursday, May 22nd. This update includes the highly anticipated Planned Contact feature, which has its own dedicated video, and further enhancements to the tenancy grids. Below are some of the other important updates and bug fixes.
General Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Map and Location Overrides: For properties where the map and location section fails to load, users can now manually add latitude and longitude (lat/long) coordinates to ensure the map is correctly displayed. This allows you to override instances where the system fails to find the property's location automatically.
- Email Template Wording: We've made minor adjustments to the wording on some email templates to improve clarity and consistency.
- Offer Notes Persistence: When you add a note to an offer, that note will now copy over to subsequent offers (second, third, etc.) on the same property, ensuring all relevant offer notes are easily accessible.
- Lettings To-Do List Filters: For those using the To-Do List within Lettings, we've updated and expanded the available filters to give you more precise control over your tasks.
- PDF Export for Notes: When exporting notes into a PDF, the formatting will now be correctly formulated, ensuring clean and readable documents.
- Tenancy Move-Out Default: When marking a tenancy as "moving out" in Lettings, the property will now default back to "Tenancy Preparation" and "Pre-Market Preparation." This prevents properties from being accidentally pushed back into "On the Market" status after a move-out. We've also defaulted "displays" to "not listed on the portals" to avoid accidental relisting.
- Activity Linking Bug Fix: We've resolved a minor bug related to linking activities, ensuring that links correctly navigate back to the property or other relevant sections.
- Messaging Hub Notifications: For users with the Messaging Hub, we've fixed a bug that prevented notifications from appearing when text messages were received. You'll now be properly notified of incoming texts.
