Introduction:
This article explains how to select and preview new email styles in Loop, enhancing your communication's visual appeal.
Accessing Email Style Settings:
- Navigate to Settings:
- Click on your profile picture or avatar located in the top right-hand corner of the Loop interface.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Team-Based Settings:
- Email style settings are configured at the team/office level.
- If you have multiple teams (e.g., lettings and sales) or branches, each team/branch must independently configure their email styles to maintain brand consistency.
- Email Templates:
- Within the Settings menu, select "Email Templates."
- You will see the existing standard templates and a new tab labeled "Styles."
Previewing and Selecting Email Styles:
- Style Options:
- The "Styles" tab displays the current classic email style and four new style options.
- These new styles offer a more modern and visually appealing email presentation.
- Previewing Styles:
- To preview a style, click the "Preview" button associated with the desired style.
- Examine the visual layout and design elements of the selected style.
- Sending Test Emails:
- To see how a style appears in a real email, click the "Send Test Email" button.
- A test email will be sent to your associated email address, allowing you to evaluate the style's appearance.
- Selecting a Template:
- Once you have chosen the desired style, click the "Select this template" button to apply it to your team's emails.
Important Considerations:
- Brand Colors:
- The colors used in the email styles are based on the brand colors provided during your initial setup with Loop.
- If the colors are incorrect or require adjustment, contact the Loop support team.
