Introduction

This guide provides an overview of how to manage and customize market appraisal questions in Loop. These questions can be used when booking a market appraisal over the phone or during the actual valuation to ensure your valuers have all the necessary information.

Purpose of Market Appraisal Questions

Market appraisal questions are designed to gather essential information from potential clients. These questions help valuers prepare for the appraisal and ensure they have all the relevant details when they arrive at the property.

Customizing Market Appraisal Questions

Accessing the Settings

1. **Navigate to Settings**:

   - Click on your picture or avatar located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

   - Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

2. **Edit Appraisal Questions**:

   - In the settings menu, find the option for "Appraisal Questions".

   - Here, you can add, delete, edit, and reorder questions.

Managing Questions

- **Add Questions**: Click "Add" to create a new question.

- **Edit Questions**: Select a question and click "Edit" to modify it.

- **Delete Questions**: Remove any unnecessary questions by clicking "Delete".

- **Reorder Questions**: Drag and drop questions to change their order.

Best Practices

- **Limit to Seven Questions**: For optimal layout on the appraisal sheet, limit the number of questions to seven. This ensures they fit on the second page of the appraisal sheet and are well-organized.

- **Categorize by Sales and Lettings**: You can add separate questions for sales and lettings to tailor the information gathered for different types of properties.

Saving Changes

Once you've made your desired changes:

1. Click "Save" to update your appraisal questions.

2. The new questions will now appear on page two of your appraisal sheet when downloaded.
