Creating Documents

There are a number of places that a document can be created within Loop:

  • Buyer File
  • Seller File
  • Appraisals
  • Offers
  • Property File
  • Viewings
  • Sales (a tab within the property file which will appear when a property is under offer)

To Create a Document follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the relevant grid within Loop. For example, if you wanted to create a Memorandum of Sale, you would need to navigate to the Sales Tab within the Property File
  • Choose a template from the dropdown
  • Click Create

At this point the document is only a preview on screen. You letterhead will not show on the Document. It will only show if you click 'Preview' or 'Save'

  • Click Preview, to download the PDF document to your PC. This is a great way to check all of the information is correct
  • Click Save, to save the document within Loop. Once you have done this you will see it populate in the documents list.

If you are still seeing Merge Tags in the Document, for example, [BuyerAddressBlock], it is due to that information being incomplete in Loop. In this case, the Buyers address will need to be filled in on the Buyer File.

If a document has been created and you would like to delete it, you can do this by following the instructions below:

  • Navigate to the Document you want to Delete
  • Click on the Box to the left hand side of the Document Name
  • Click the delete button which will now be highlighted
