How to Create and Send a Property Performance Report

Steps to Create and Send a Property Performance Report

1. Ensure the Property is Eligible

• The property must either be currently on the market or under offer to generate a performance report.

2. Select the Property

• Navigate to the property you want to create a report for.
• In the top right-hand corner of the property page, click the three dots to open additional menu options.

3. Generate the Performance Report

• From the menu, select Generate Performance Report to launch the report wizard.
• The wizard allows you to customize the report:
  • Date Range: Choose a custom date range by selecting start and end dates, or use pre-defined options such as "last four weeks" or "last three weeks."
  • Sender: Decide whether to generate the report as yourself or another team member.
  • Content Options: Select which details to include in the report, such as:
    • Covering letters
    • Rightmove statistics
    • Offers
    • Inquiry journey
    • A copy added to the property document

Tip: Ensure the email delivery option is selected if you plan to send the report via email.

4. Generate the Report

• Once your options are set, click Generate. This will create a branded performance report that includes all selected data and statistics.

5. Save and Access the Report

• The generated report is saved automatically in the Documents tab of the selected property.

6. Send the Report to Vendors

• To email the report to vendors:
  1. Select the report from the Documents tab.
  2. Use the Email function to compose and send the email.
  3. Add any necessary customizations to the email content before sending.

7. Finalize and Send

• When the email is ready, click Send to deliver the performance report to the vendors.
