Making an Offer Through a Viewing in Loop

Article Purpose: This article explains how to create and submit an offer on a property directly from a viewing record in the Loop platform.

Steps:

1. Access the Buyer Record:

   • Open the relevant buyer record within the Loop platform.

2. Navigate to Viewings:

   • Click on the "Viewings" tab within the buyer record.

3. Open the Viewing Record:

   • Select and open the specific viewing record for the property the buyer wishes to make an offer on.

4. Click "Create Offer":

   • Locate and click the "Create Offer" button, typically found in the top right-hand corner of the viewing record.

5. Enter Offer Details:

   • Price: Enter the amount the buyer is offering for the property.
   • Subject to Contract, Survey, and Mortgage: Indicate whether the offer is subject to any of these conditions by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.
   • Buyer Conditions: Add any specific conditions the buyer is placing on the offer.
   • Special Conditions: Enter any special conditions related to the offer.
   • Fixtures and Fittings: Specify which fixtures and fittings are to be included or excluded from the offer.
   • Internal Notes: Add any internal notes or comments for your records.

6. Proceed with Offer Creation:

   • Click the "Proceed" button.

7. Send Communication (Optional):

   • Loop will provide options to send communication regarding the offer to the seller and the buyer.
   • Select the appropriate communication methods (e.g., email, text).

8. Save and Submit:

   • Click the "Save and Submit" button to finalize the offer.

9. Confirmation:

   • The offer will be recorded within the system, linking the buyer and the property through the viewing record.
