Cancelling a Viewing Appointment in Loop

Article Purpose: This article explains how to cancel a viewing appointment within the Loop platform.

Steps:

  1. Access the Viewing Card:

    • Navigate to and open the viewing card for the appointment you wish to cancel.
  2. Locate the "More Options" Menu:

    • Look for the three vertical dots located at the top of the viewing card. This indicates the "More Options" menu.
  3. Select "Cancel Appointment":

    • Click on the ellipsis to open the menu.
    • Choose the "Cancel Appointment" option.
  4. Provide Reason for Cancellation:

    • A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to provide a reason for the cancellation.
    • Select or enter the appropriate reason (e.g., "Buyer Cancelled").
    • You can also add additional notes in the provided text field.
  5. Send Cancellation Confirmation (Optional):

    • Loop may provide options to send cancellation confirmation texts and emails to the relevant parties.
    • Select these options if you wish to send confirmations.
  6. Save the Cancellation:

    • Click the "Save" button to finalize the cancellation.
  7. Confirmation:

    • The viewing appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation will be recorded in the system.
