Steps:
- Book a Viewing:
- Navigate to the "Book a Viewing" section in Loop.
- Select the property for the viewing.
- Choose the applicant (client) who will be viewing the property.
- Schedule the viewing in the diary by dragging and dropping the appointment to the desired time slot.
- Set the viewing duration.
- Click "Submit."
- Confirm the Viewing:
- Upon clicking "Proceed," the system will prompt you to confirm who confirmed the viewing.
- This allows you to send an email confirmation to the client.
- Automated Feedback Request:
- By default, Loop is configured to send an automated viewing feedback request email 30 minutes after the viewing.
- This timing can be customized in the system settings.
- Client Feedback Process:
- The client receives an email with a user-friendly interface to provide their feedback.
- The system is designed to be "thumb-friendly" and easy to use on mobile devices.
- Clients can quickly and easily provide their evaluation of the property.
