Loop Pocket Edition App Overview

Introduction

Downloading the App

To get started, download the LoopX Pocket Edition app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Logging In

You can use your existing login details from the desktop version of LoopX to access the mobile app. Once logged in, you will have access to a wealth of information and tools to assist you on the go.

Main Features

Agenda and Diary

Upon logging in, you'll be directed to your agenda or diary, where you can view different types of appointments, such as:

- Rental inspections

- Lettings viewings

- Sales viewings

The color coding on the left-hand side will match your desktop software for easy identification of appointments.

Viewing Details

Looking at a sales viewing as an example. You can see:

- Type of viewing

- Status (accompanied or unaccompanied)

- Time and date

- Opinion and price

- Viewing count and location

- Contacts for the buyer, seller, and agent (with direct call and message options)

Additionally, you'll have options for feedback and access arrangements.

Swiping for More Information

Swipe across the screen to access:

- System logs

- Notes

- Documents (which can be downloaded)

Adding Feedback

After a viewing, you can add feedback directly in the app. For instance:

1. Click the pencil icon to edit.

2. Add feedback like "Loved it" and switch the opinion chip to "Interested."

3. Mark the feedback as received.

All updates will sync with the desktop version.

Property Information

The Pocket Edition also includes access to:

- Properties for sale or lettings

- Main images, prices, and material information

- Property details, location, and maps

- Descriptions and photos

You can also view:

- Brochures

- Low and high guides

- Viewing and access arrangements

- Alarms, contract information, council tax, and fees

- Notes and feedback

- Documents (downloadable and emailable)

- System logs and marketing information (e.g., stats from Rightmove and Zoopla)

- Seller's contact details

- Past and future viewings

- Offers received

People Section

Search for:

- Buyers

- Sellers

- Renters

- Landlords

You can also access your profile and team details, making it easy to contact team members directly from the app.
