Loop Diary Sync and Pocket Edition Updates

This article details the return of the Diary Sync feature and the latest Pocket Edition update, both designed to streamline your workflow within Loop Software.

Diary Sync is Back!

We're excited to announce the return of the Diary Sync feature, allowing seamless integration between your Loop Diary and your external calendars (Outlook, Gmail, phone calendar, etc.). This feature enables you to:

• Effortlessly sync diary entries: Schedule viewings, appraisals, task calls, and meetings in your Loop Diary, and they will automatically appear in your connected external calendar.
• Two-way synchronization: Changes made in your external calendar will also be reflected in your Loop Diary, ensuring all your schedules are always up-to-date. For example, if you reschedule a viewing in your Gmail calendar, it will automatically update in your Loop Diary.

Setting up Diary Sync

To connect your accounts, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your Settings in the top right corner of Loop.
2. Select Diary.
3. Follow the instructions in the detailed setup video (available separately) to connect your desired calendar.

Once connected, any event added to your Loop Diary will automatically sync to your linked external calendar.

Pocket Edition Update: Book Appraisals on the Go!

The latest update to the Pocket Edition allows you to book appraisals directly through the app. This new functionality integrates seamlessly with the Diary Sync feature:

• Appraisals booked in Pocket will automatically appear in your Loop Diary.
• These appraisal entries will then sync to your connected Outlook or Gmail calendars, keeping your schedule consistent across all platforms.

To access the new appraisal booking feature:

1. Ensure you have the latest version of Pocket Edition. Update it via the App Store.
2. Open Pocket Edition and navigate to the appraisals section.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to book your appraisal.
