Introduction

Hello, this video covers the new Viewing Opportunities widget. This tool helps identify and follow up with potential buyers who have shown interest in your properties through match emails. 



Adding the Viewing Opportunities Widget


1. **Navigate to the Lobby Screen**: 

   - On your lobby screen, click the plus button located in the top right-hand corner.

   - Scroll down and select the Viewing Opportunities widget to add it to your lobby.


Configuring the Widget


Once added to your lobby, you can customize the widget settings:


1. **Settings Options**:

   - Choose to display data from everyone's applicants, just your office's applicants, or only your own applicants.

   - Set the time range for the last visited date. For relevance, a fortnight (two weeks) is recommended, though you can extend this for more data.


Utilizing The Viewing Opportunities Information


When a match email is sent to applicants, the widget tracks how often recipients click on the property links. Here's how to use this information:


1. **Tracking Clicks**:

   - The widget flags applicants who click on a property link two or more times.

   - Clicking through to the applicant's information will show the number of times they have viewed the property details.


2. **Following Up**:

   - If an applicant clicks on a property link multiple times, it indicates strong interest.

   - Proactively follow up with these applicants to book viewings or gather feedback.


Managing Applicant Follow-Ups


1. **Applicant's Page**:

   - Navigate to the applicant's page under the "Matching" section to see their activity.

   - Record follow-up actions such as viewing booked, feedback provided, or messages left.


2. **Updating Status**:

   - After contacting the applicant, update their status in the widget to reflect the current stage (e.g., viewing booked, interested, not interested).

   - This action removes the applicant from the Viewing Opportunities widget, helping you keep the list current and manageable.


Keeping the Widget Clean

Regular follow-ups ensure that the Viewing Opportunities widget remains useful and uncluttered. Aim to minimize the number of entries by consistently updating applicant statuses.
