Completion Anniversaries Widget & Pages

Overview

The Completion Anniversaries widget is a powerful tool designed to help you track and manage the anniversaries of property completions. This feature allows you to re-engage with past buyers, offering opportunities for new property valuations and maintaining strong client relationships.

Adding the Widget to Your Lobby

To start using the Completion Anniversaries widget:

1. Navigate to the top right-hand corner of your dashboard and click the plus (+) button.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select the Completion Anniversaries widget.
3. Once added, the widget will display upcoming anniversaries, including the completion dates and corresponding years.

Using the Widget

• The widget provides a clear overview of upcoming completion anniversaries.
• Clicking on an entry allows you to view the property details.
• At the bottom of the widget, there is a View All section that provides additional functionality, including filtering options.

Sending an Anniversary Email

1. In the View All section, you have the option to send an Anniversary Email to the property vendor.
2. Click Send Anniversary Email and ensure you have the vendor’s email permission.
3. The system will pre-fill the email template for you.
4. You can send the email on behalf of yourself or another team member.
5. Customize the subject line and email content if needed.
6. Click Send One Email to complete the process.
7. Once sent, the email will be removed from your list to keep it organized.

Editing the Email Template

If you need to customize the anniversary email template:

1. Navigate to Email Templates.
2. Select the Buyers section.
3. Locate the Completion Anniversary template and modify it as required.
