Emailing Sales Documents

Loop enables you to send Sales documents directly from the app as well as tracking that they have been sent, delivered and read by the recipients.


How to Email a Document

  1. Create the Document you wish to Email. If you are unsure how to do this, follow the link above
  2. Select the Document you want to send by Clicking the Box next to the Document
  3. Click Email, which will be highlighted at the top of the Documents Section. The number in brackets is the number of Documents you have selected
  4. Once the Email Modal appear, you can choose the Intended Recipients from the dropdown list or you can enter the email addresses manually. Note, the suggested email addresses in the dropdown will show who the email addresses relate to in brackets. E.g. (Buyer)
  5. Edit the email Subject text
  6. Edit the email Body Text
  7. Click Send


The Document will be sent as an attachment and will appear at the bottom of the email

Every time Loop sends an email, the contents of the email are logged against the Notes and Activity, meaning you can see what was sent, when it was sent and to whom it was sent.


Furthermore, Loop tracks when the email was delivered and when the email was opened. The email tracking follows the same principle as WhatsApp:

  • A single Grey tick means the email has been Sent
  • A single Green tick means the email has been Delivered
  • A green Tick means that the email has been opened
