Steps:

1. Access the Under Offer Properties Grid:

  • Navigate to your "Under Offer Properties" grid within Loop.
  • Select the property you wish to mark as either "Exchanged" or "Completed."

2. Open the Active Sale Details:

  • This will open the property's sale details.

3. Navigate to the Sales Chain Tab:

  • Within the sale details, click on the "Sales Chain" tab.
  • You will see a series of chevrons representing the stages of the sale.

4. Mark as Exchanged:

  • Click on the gray "Exchanged" chevron.
  • A pop-up window will appear.
  • Exchange Date: Enter the exchange date. The system will default to the current date.
  • Portal Display Status:
    • The default setting is to de-list the property from all portals.
    • To keep the property listed, change the display status for each portal (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket).
    • You can choose options like "Sold Subject to Contract."
  • Click the "Exchange" button.
  • The "Exchanged" chevron will turn green, and the property status in the top left corner will change to "Exchanged."

5. Mark as Completed:

  • Click on the gray "Completed" chevron.
  • A similar pop-up window will appear.
  • Completion Date: Enter the completion date. The system will default to the current date.
  • Portal Display Status:
    • Again, the default is to de-list the property.
    • Adjust the display status for each portal as needed (e.g., "Sold Subject to Contract").
  • Click the "Complete" button.
  • The "Completed" chevron will turn green, and the property status in the top left corner will change to "Completed."

Key Points:

  • The Sales Chain tab provides a visual representation of the sale's progress.
  • You have control over how properties are displayed on portals during the "Exchanged" and "Completed" stages.
