1. **Accessing the Sales Progression Pipeline:**
- Navigate to the left-hand menu and select **Sales Progression**.
- Open the **Active Pipeline** and locate the sale you need to process.
2. **Understanding the Chain Impact:**
- If the property is part of a sales chain, note that marking it as "fall through" will affect all properties in the chain.
- To ensure only the specific property is impacted:
- Open the **Sales Chain** section.
- Remove the property from the chain before proceeding.
3. **Marking a Sale as Fall Through:**
- Select the **Fall Through** option for the sale.
- A prompt will appear allowing you to:
- Send emails and notifications (beacons) to relevant parties.
- Update the board.
- Optionally, contact individuals who have previously made offers or viewed the property to gauge interest.
4. **Finalizing the Fall Through:**
- Confirm the action. The sale, along with any linked sales in the chain, will move to the **Fall Through** section.
Restoring a Sale
1. **Accessing the Fall Through Section:**
- Open the **Fall Through** section to locate the affected sale.
2. **Restoring the Sale:**
- Select the sale and click **Restore**.
- If the sale is part of a chain, all linked sales will also be restored to the active pipeline.
3. **Verifying Restoration:**
- Check the **Active Pipeline** to ensure the sale is successfully restored.
