Prospecting Logic Explained

Modified on Sat, 23 Nov, 2024 at 9:50 AM

Here's an explanation of the logic used to show you properties within the Loop Prospecting grids:

  1. NEW INSTRUCTIONS - On the market from 1 - 30 days.
  2. SLOW MOVERS - On the market from 31 + days
  3. FALL THROUGHS - If a Fall through happens, a property will move into this category for 30 days.
  4. REDUCTIONS - If a property it reduced in price, it will move into this category for 30 days.
  5. WITHDRAWN - A property that is withdrawn from the market will remain here for 30 days unless it is put back onto the market or it is confirmed as sold by HM Land Registry.

Properties marked SSTC / Under Offer are not shown in the prospecting grids.

It's worth remembering that a new listing is not necessarily a new property. Loop matches listings with a single property which gives you a full view of the marketing history.

Still can't find a property? It may have been marked as 'Do not disturb'

You can apply a Blacklist to certain agents to hide their properties from your prospecting grids - contact [email protected] for us to action this for you.
