1. Generating Letters from the Main Prospecting Grid:

• Access the Prospecting Grid:

  • Navigate to the "Prospecting" grid within the "Letters" section of Loop.
  • This grid displays your prospecting targets.

• Download Letters (Self-Delivery):

  • Click the "Download" option.
  • This will generate a PDF file containing all letters for your targets.
  • You can then print the letters and deliver them yourself (hand-delivery or postal).

• Use Loop's Delivery Service (Deliver to Doorstep):

  • Select the "Deliver to Doorstep" option.
  • This uses Loop's delivery service.
  • Credits: This service requires credits. One credit equals one letter.
  • Note: This option is often cheaper than purchasing and applying postage stamps yourself.

2. Generating Letters from Specific Prospecting Sub-Grids (e.g., Slow Movers):

• Access a Sub-Grid:

  • Navigate to a specific prospecting sub-grid, such as "Slow Movers."
  • Important: Pay attention to the "Last Letter Sent" column. This helps you determine when to send follow-up letters.

• Select Specific Targets:

  • Select the specific targets you want to send letters to by highlighting their rows.
  • Example: Select targets where it has been 20 or 28 days since the last letter was sent.

• Create Letters:

  • Click the "Create Letters" button at the bottom of the grid.

• Select a Template:

  • Choose a letter template from the available list.

• Generate Letters:

  • Click "Generate."
  • This will create a PDF file containing the letters for the selected targets.

• Print and Send:

  • Print the generated PDF letters and send them via mail.

• Trigger Points: Be aware of the trigger points you have set up in your system for sending letters.
• Last Letter Sent: Use the "Last Letter Sent" information to avoid sending letters too frequently.
