Resetting/Deleting Letter Logs

You can delete your letter logs which allow you to amend any letters and redownload. 


  1. Locate the Prospecting Tab in the left hand navbar and navigate to Letter Ladders
  2. Click the Letter Logs button in the top right hand corner
  3. Locate the Letter Logs that you would like to delete and choose them by clicking the box next to the date
  4. Click Delete in the top left hand side


If you are using Deliver to Doorstep, you will need to email support@loop.software as soon as possible to stop the letters being sent. However, we can not guarantee that we will be able to do this.
