Do Not Disturb

If there are properties in your Letter Ladders that you do not wish to send prospecting letters, you can add them to the 'Do not Disturb' section. This will exclude the properties from appearing in your Letter Ladders in the future. You can do this by following the steps below.

1. Locate the Prospecting Tab in the left hand navbar and navigate to Letter Ladders
2. Locate the property that you wish to add to Do not Disturb and click the 3 vertical dots that appear next to the address when you hover over the property. This will open a preview of the property
3. Click the Do not Disturb button in located at the bottom of the preview
4. Click the red Hide Selected Properties button

Your Do not Disturb properties will be located in the Do not Disturb tab in the top right hand corner on the Letter Logs window.

Undo Do Not Disturb

You can undo Do not Disturb at any point by following the steps below. 

1. Locate the Do not Disturb tab in the top right hand side of the Letter Ladders window and click on it
2. Find the property you wish to remove from Do not Disturb and click the box next the the address
3. Click the Remove 'Do Not Disturb' from Properties button
