Loop & Kotini Integration Guide

Modified on Thu, 28 May at 1:40 PM

This article provides an overview of the integration between Loop and Kotini, a leading client onboarding platform. This partnership streamlines your AML checks, Terms of Business, and general onboarding workflows by syncing data directly between the two systems.

Overview

The integration allows you to initiate the onboarding process in Kotini using property data already stored in Loop. Once the client completes their onboarding steps, all relevant documentation and milestones are automatically synced back to the Loop property file.

Key Benefits

  • Eliminate Double Entry: Pull property details directly from Loop into Kotini.

  • Centralized Documentation: Signed documents are automatically saved to Loop.

  • Audit Trail: Real-time updates on onboarding progress appear in your Loop activity feed.

How the Integration Works

1. Preparing the Property in Loop

Before you can link a case in Kotini, the property must exist within your Loop account. Usually, this happens once you have won an instruction and the property is moved to the Pre-Market section.

2. Creating a Case in Kotini

Once the property is in Loop, follow these steps within the Kotini platform:

  • Open Kotini and select the option to Create a New Case (Sale or Purchase).

  • Use the search function within Kotini to find your Loop properties.

  • Select the relevant property; Kotini will pull through the existing information, including linked or related cases.

  • Complete the onboarding steps as required by the Kotini workflow.

3. Automated Data Sync

As the client progresses through the onboarding journey in Kotini, information flows back to Loop automatically:

Feature

Description

Documents Tab

Any signed AML checks, Terms of Business, or other completed forms are pushed directly into the property’s Documents tab in Loop.

Notes & Activity

Every milestone reached in Kotini triggers an automated note in the Notes and Activity section of the Loop file.

Summary of Workflow

  1. Instruction Won: Add/update property in Loop (Pre-Market).

  2. Onboard: Open Kotini, find the Loop property, and start the case.

  3. Completion: Client signs documents; Kotini pushes files and status updates back to Loop.

Support Note: Kotini provides specific training and explainers regarding the management of cases within their own platform. For software-specific onboarding training, please refer to your Kotini account manager.
