How to Print a Physical Property List

Hi everybody, Alex here from the Loop Software Training Team. In this guide, we'll show you how to print a physical list of properties from your on-market stock. This can be helpful for various purposes, such as sharing with clients or maintaining physical records.

Steps to Print a Property List

Accessing Your On-Market Stock (You can also do this for Under Offer, Exchanged and Completed)

1. **Navigate to On-Market Stock**:

   - Start by going to your on-market stock within the Loop Software interface. This will display a list of all properties currently on the market.

### Filtering Your Property List (Optional)

2. **Apply Filters**:

   - If you want to print a list of specific properties, you can apply filters. For example, you can filter by the number of bedrooms:

     - Select the filter option.

     - Choose the criteria (e.g., two bedrooms).

     - Apply the filter to narrow down your list.

Printing the Property List

3. **Print Property List**:

   - At the top of the property list, click on the **Print Property List** button.

   - You will be prompted to choose whether you want to print all properties or just the filtered properties.

   - Confirm your selection by clicking on **Print List**.

4. **Generate PDF**:

   - The software will generate a PDF of your selected properties.

   - Once the PDF is ready, you can print it using your preferred printing method.
