Property Hub: Seller/Landlord/Tenant Account Activation and Usage

Article Purpose: This article explains the process users follow to activate their Property Hub accounts after receiving an invitation, and how they interact with the platform.


Vendor Account Activation:

  1. Invitation Email:

    • After you share Property Hub with either a Seller, Landlord or Tenant from Loop, they will receive an invitation email.
  2. Activate Account:

    • They then need to follow the "Activate Account" link in the email.
  3. Sign-Up Page:

    • They are redirected to a sign-up page where they must create a password.
  4. Set Password:

    • Once they have entered their desired password and clicks "Register."
  5. Log In:

    • They can then log in to their Property Hub account using their email address and newly created password.

Property Hub Interface and Functionality:

  1. Shared Property:

    • Once logged in, the Seller will see the property you have shared with them.
  2. Shared Information:

    • Property Hub allows you to control the information shared with vendors, including:
      • Viewing feedback
      • Notes
      • Documents
      • Sales progression updates
      • Offers
      • Marketing materials
  3. Pre-Market Status:

    • The Seller can see the property's current status (e.g., "Preparing for Market"). This reflects the status in Loop.
  4. Media and Marketing:

    • When you add media (e.g., photos) to the property in Loop, it will be visible to the Seller in Property Hub.
    • This allows them to see how their property will be presented in marketing materials.
  5. On-Market Status:

    • Once the property is marked as "On Market" in Loop, the vendor will see additional sections in Property Hub:
      • Marketing
      • Viewings
      • Offers
      • Sales
      • Branch contact details
  6. Communication:

    • Property Hub facilitates communication between you and your vendors.

Vendor's Mobile View:

  • Property Hub is designed to be user-friendly on mobile devices, which is how most vendors access it.
