How to set up PropertyHub

Setting up Property Hub in Loop: A Quick Tutorial

In this tutorial, I'll guide you through the process of setting up Property Hub in your Loop account. Property Hub serves as your portal to communicate better with your vendors. Let's get started!

1. Accessing Settings:

Log in to your Loop account.

In the top right-hand corner, where your profile image is displayed, click on it to reveal a dropdown menu.

Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

2. Enabling Property Hub:

In the Settings page, navigate to the section labeled "Property Hub."

Here, you'll find the option to turn on Property Hub.

Toggle the switch to enable Property Hub.

3. Configuring Default Sharing Options:

Beneath the toggle switch, you'll see default sharing options for clients.

By default, certain sections such as marketing, viewings, feedback, offers, sales, progression, notes, and documents are included.

You can customize these options for individual clients and properties later, but these settings establish the defaults.

4. Activating Property Hub for Specific Properties:

Once Property Hub is enabled in your settings, you'll notice a new option when you view a property in your Loop account.

Properties must be in the pre-market status to utilize Property Hub.

Navigate to the property you want to share with your clients.

Look for the Property Hub option on the right-hand side.

Toggle the button to share the property with your clients.

5. Sharing Defaults with Clients:

Once you toggle the button to share the property with clients, they will receive an invite.

The default sharing options configured in your settings will be applied to the shared property.
