Introduction
Property Hub allows tenants to log in and access key details about their tenancy. This includes deposit information, maintenance requests, certificates, and more.
Enabling Property Hub for Tenants
To enable Property Hub for a specific tenant:
- Navigate to the tenancy card.
- Select the Property Hub tab.
- If the tab is not available, go to Settings and enable it.
- Click the Invite Tenant button to send an invitation.
- The tenant will receive an email to set up their password and log in.
Managing Tenant Permissions
Within the Property Hub, you can control how much information tenants can access. Available options include:
- Inspections & Feedback
- Certificates
- Viewing Details
- Maintenance Requests
- Ability to Raise New Issues
Each option can be toggled on or off based on your preferences.
Tenant Experience in Property Hub
Once logged in, tenants can access the following information:
- Deposit Details: Amount, registration status, and meter readings.
- Inspections: Date, time, and feedback status.
- Certificates: Only valid and in-date certificates are visible. Expired documents are not shown.
- Maintenance History: Only maintenance records from their tenancy period are displayed.
- Raising a Maintenance Issue:
- Tenants describe the issue.
- Additional details and photos can be uploaded.
- The request is submitted and appears as an unacknowledged maintenance job in Loop.
- Notifications are sent instantly, and an email confirmation is generated.
