Introduction
Automatic Viewing Feedback (AVF) in Loop allows you to automate the process of collecting feedback from applicants after property viewings. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and enable AVF within the Loop platform.
Accessing Settings
- Navigate to the top right-hand corner of the Loop interface.
- Click on your photo or avatar and select Settings.
Configuring the Feedback Template
Before enabling AVF, you need to set up the feedback template, which determines the questions applicants will answer.
- In Settings, locate the Automatic Feedback Template section.
- The system provides a default set of questions, which you can:
- Delete if unnecessary.
- Edit to better suit your needs.
- Re-order for improved flow.
- To add custom questions:
- Click the Add Question button.
- Enter your desired question.
- Select an answer type, such as:
- Text box
- Smiley faces
- Radio buttons
- Checkboxes
- If using radio buttons, define multiple answer options.
- Once the template is finalized, click Save.
- Use the Preview option to see how the questionnaire will appear to applicants.
Enabling AVF in User Settings
Once your feedback template is configured, you need to activate AVF in the User Settings.
- Navigate to User Settings.
- Locate the Automatic Feedback Emails section.
- Enable AVF for both Sales and Lettings, if applicable.
- Set the email delay time after a viewing. Options include:
- Immediate (0 minutes)
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 60 minutes
- Other
- Click Save to apply the settings.
Receiving Feedback and Notifications
Once AVF is enabled, any confirmed viewing will trigger an automatic feedback email based on the set delay. Applicants will receive the questionnaire, and responses will be:
- Sent to you via email once submitted.
- Automatically displayed in the Buyer feedback Box within Loop.
- Ready for you to review and share with clients.
