Article Purpose: This article explains how to follow up after a viewing and record buyer feedback within the Loop platform.
Steps:
Access the Viewing Card:
- Navigate to and open the viewing card for the property where the viewing took place.
- Verify that the viewing status is "Completed".
Locate the Buyer Feedback Section:
- Find the "Buyer Feedback" section on the viewing card.
- This section displays the buyer's details (name, phone number, email) and their current feedback status.
Record Buyer Feedback:
- Automated Feedback Email: Note that Loop automatically sends a viewing feedback email to the buyer. If they have responded, review the feedback.
- Manual Feedback: If the buyer has not responded to the email, or you have spoken to them directly, enter their feedback in the provided text box.
Update Buyer Opinion (Optional):
- If the buyer's opinion has changed (e.g., from "Interested" to "Not Interested"), update the "Opinion" field accordingly. (e.g. "Too small")
Save Feedback:
- Click the "Save Feedback" button.
Confirm Genuine Feedback:
- A pop-up window will appear asking, "Would you like to mark buyer feedback as received?"
- Yes: Click "Yes" if the feedback entered is genuine feedback from the buyer.
- No: Click "No" if the feedback entered is a generic note or a message left for the buyer.
Feedback Status Update:
- If you clicked "Yes," the buyer feedback status will be updated to "Received" and the buyer section will turn green.
Update Seller Feedback (Optional):
- After recording the buyer feedback, you may want to update the seller feedback.
- Follow the same steps as for buyer feedback, providing the seller's response to the buyer's feedback.
- Again, confirm if the feedback is genuine.
Completion:
- Once both buyer and seller feedback are recorded and marked as "Received," the viewing card will indicate that feedback is complete.
