Article Purpose: This article explains how to move or rearrange a viewing appointment within the Loop platform using two different methods.
Methods:
Method 1: Click and Drag (Diary)
Locate the Viewing Appointment:
- Open your diary within the Loop platform.
- Find the viewing appointment you wish to reschedule.
Click and Drag:
- Left-click and hold your mouse button on the viewing appointment entry.
- Drag the appointment to the desired new time slot within the diary.
- Release the mouse button.
Amend Appointment Details:
- A pop-up window titled "Amend Appointment Details" will appear.
Resend Confirmations (Optional):
- Check the boxes to resend confirmation emails and text messages to all relevant parties.
Save Changes:
- Click the "Save" button to confirm the rescheduling.
Method 2: Amend Appointment Details (Viewing Record)
Open the Viewing Record:
- Click on the viewing appointment entry in the diary to open the corresponding viewing record.
Click "Amend Appointment Detail":
- Locate and click the "Amend Appointment Detail" button at the top of the viewing record.
Change Date and Time:
- Date: Click on the date field to access the calendar. Select the new desired date. (e.g., Tuesday)
- Time: Use the time picker to select the new desired time. (e.g., 5:00 PM)
Change Duration (Optional):
- If necessary, adjust the duration of the appointment using the duration selector.
Resend Confirmations (Optional):
- Check the boxes to resend confirmation emails and text messages.
Save Changes:
- Click the "Submit" button followed by the "Save" button to confirm the rescheduling.
