Creating a Quick List in the Viewing Grids of Loop

Article Purpose: This article explains how to create and save a quick list in the viewing module of Loop to easily filter and access specific viewing data.

Steps:

  1. Access the Viewing Module:

    • Navigate to the "Viewings" module from the left-hand menu in Loop.
    • The viewing grid will display various viewing data.
  2. Open the Filters:

    • Click on the "Filters" option located at the top of the viewing grid.
    • A dropdown menu with filter options will appear.
  3. Apply Filters:

    • Use the available filters to narrow down the viewing data to your specific criteria.
    • Example: To create a list of viewings you have attended that require follow-up:
      • Viewing Status: Select "Carried Out".
      • Buyer Feedback: Select "Doesn't have feedback".
      • Attended By: Select your own name.
    • As you apply filters, the viewing grid will automatically update to reflect the selected criteria.
  4. Save the Quick List:

    • Once you are satisfied with the applied filters, click the "Save this quick list" button.
  5. Name the Quick List:

    • Enter a descriptive name for your quick list. (e.g., "My Viewings to Follow Up")
  6. Save the Quick List:

    • Click the "Save" button.
  7. Access the Quick List:

    • The saved quick list will now appear as a tab next to the "Quick Lists" options at the top of the viewing grid.

Important Notes:

  • You can create up to 16 quick lists.
  • Quick lists are dynamic and will update as new data matches the filter criteria.
