Managing Open vs. Closed Chains

Introduction


This guide provides instructions on handling open and closed chains within your sales progression. You'll learn how to sort, mark, and manage these chains effectively using the latest features in Loop.



Updating Your Software

To ensure you have access to the newest features, please update your Loop software:

1. Click the reload button when prompted.

2. Wait a few seconds for the update to complete.

3. Once reloaded, the new features will be available.


Navigating to Sales Progression

1. Open Loop and navigate to the left-hand side menu.

2. Select "Sales Progression" and then "Active Sales Progression."


Using the Complete Chain Option

1. After updating, you'll notice a "Complete Chain" option on the right-hand side.

2. To mark a chain as complete:

   - Go to the relevant sales details page.

   - Click the option to mark the chain as complete.

   - A tick will appear to indicate completion.

3. You can filter your sales grids to show only completed or incomplete chains using the filter options at the top.


Creating Quick Lists for Easy Access

You can create quick lists for both complete and incomplete chains:

1. Save the current view as a quick list by clicking "Save as a Quick List."

2. Name the quick list, e.g., "Complete Chain Sale" or "Incomplete Chains."

3. Add these quick lists to your lobby screen for quick access and summary views.


Exporting Grids

If needed, you can export the sales grids for further analysis or reporting.
