Creating a Pre-Market To-Do List
Accessing Settings
- Navigate to the top right-hand corner where your avatar or profile picture is located.
- Click on Settings.
Locating Pre-Market Properties Settings
- Inside the settings menu, find the section labeled Pre-Market Properties.
- This section contains a list of predefined tasks such as EPC, Proof of Ownership, and Signed Contract.
- You can customize this list by adding new tasks at the bottom of the page to create a tailored pre-launch checklist for both sales and lettings.

Adding the Pre-Market Checklist Widget to the Lobby
- Click on the plus (+) button in the top right-hand corner.
- Locate the Pre-Market Checklist widget and add it to your lobby.
- By default, the widget appears in the top left, but you can reposition it as needed.

- The widget provides an overview of:
- Properties you have been instructed on.
- Outstanding tasks.
- Tasks in progress and those completed.
- This allows for quick tracking and visibility across your team.

Managing To-Do Items for a Property
Navigating to a Property's To-Do List
- Open a specific property page.
- Locate the pre-market checklist section.
Updating Task Status
- Tasks can be clicked and dragged between different statuses:
- Not Started
- In Progress
- Completed
- Example: If a Property Information Questionnaire has been sent but not yet received, move it to In Progress.

Adding Notes to Tasks
- Click on a task to open its details.
- Enter relevant notes (e.g., “Sent today”).
- Click Save to update the information.
- This helps provide transparency across the team, ensuring everyone is informed.
Customizing To-Do Lists for Individual Properties
- Each property can have custom pre-market tasks added if needed.
- The objective is to complete all necessary steps before launching a property.
Pre-Market Checklist for Lettings
- The same process applies for lettings.
- Add the Pre-Market Checklist widget in the lobby for lettings.
- Manage tasks under Properties > Pre-Market to ensure readiness before launch.
