Introduction
In this guide, we will explain how to change the map and location of a property in Loop Software. This process is helpful if your property has gone live but the location on the map is incorrect.
Steps to Update the Map and Location
1. **Access the Property File**
- Go to the property file you need to update.
- Navigate to the **Map and Location** tab within the file.
2. **Review the Current Map Location**
- Once on the map, zoom in to see the current location marker.
- You can also switch to **Satellite View** to see more detailed surroundings, such as nearby houses and landmarks.
3. **Adjust the Location**
- If the marker is in the incorrect location, click and drag the marker to the correct spot on the map.
- In this example, the marker was moved to the correct house, identified as **number 11**.
4. **Save the Changes**
- After positioning the marker correctly, click on the **Save** button. This will update the property’s map and location.
By following these steps, you can quickly correct any mistakes in the property’s displayed location on the map.
