How to build your property description using individual rooms

When marketing a property, adding the full description is crucial in order to provide as much detail as possible for the consumer.

The video below will guide you through adding individual rooms to build out the property description.

1. Locate the Property file via the Intellisearch function or via the Properties tab on the left hand navigation menu.
2. Once you're inside the property file, locate the Rooms tab, and from here you can build your individual rooms description. 
3. Click Add Room
4. Type in the Room Name
5. Enter the Room Dimensions
6. Fill out the Room Description
7. Select and Photo to use as an image of the room
8. Click Add to save the room or click Add Another Room to add a new room
   
   

Once you have filled in the Rooms, it's crucial to go to the Media & Text tab, and under the Full Description section, click the 'Overwrite with room descriptions' button. This will import the Rooms into the Full Description, and it's this section that pull through to the listing on the portals.
