Sometimes, you'll need to manually refresh the Loop application in your browser to ensure that you are using the latest version. Follow the steps below:
Firstly, make sure you are logged in to Loop. We recommend that you navigate to either the Lobby (main page) or the Diary as a starting point. What you now need to do is 'refresh' the Loop application by forcing the browser to fully reload.
You must be using Google Chrome; if you are using another other browser, then we are unable to help.
Refresh Chrome on a Windows PC:
Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button OR Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Refresh Chrome on a Mac:
Hold down Shift and click the Reload button OR Hold down Command, Shift and click the 'R' key.
Please note that we do not support other operating systems (such as Linux) nor do we support other browsers such as Safari, Edge or Firefox.
