Steps to Add an External Property Link

1. Accessing the Market Listing

   • Navigate to the "On the Market" section within the Loop Software platform.
   • This can also be done in "Pre-Market" if you have the necessary links available, though in most cases, listings will already be "On the Market."

2. Opening the Marketing Tab

   • Select any pre-market property listing.
   • Click on the "Marketing" tab.

3. Adding the External Property Link

   • In the "Marketing" tab, locate the "External Property Link" field.
   • If a link is already present, it will be displayed here.
   • To add a new link:
     • Click "Edit Details."
     • Enter the desired URL into the provided box.
     • Click "Save Details."

4. Refreshing the Listing

   • After saving, refresh your listing to ensure the link updates on external platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.
