Clear your browser cache

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies.  Clearing them fixes certain problems and ensures you get the best experience when using Loop.

Google Chrome

To clear your browser cache in Google Chrome:


  1. On your computer, open Chrome. 
  2. At the top right, click the three vertical dots
  3. Click More tools
  4. Click Clear browsing data
  5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time
  6. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes
  7. Click Clear data
  8. Restart Google Chrome

Safari


  1. Click on the "Safari" tab at the top left of your screen and choose "Preferences..." from the dropdown menu
  2. Click the "Advanced" tab of the menu that pops up
  3. Make sure the box "Show Developer Menu in Menu Bar" is ticked at the bottom of the tab
  4. Click the "Develop" tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page
  5. Click "Empty Caches" from the dropdown menu.
