Loop’s integrated social media posting tool allows you to publish and schedule property listings directly to your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Follow the steps below to configure your settings, set up post templates, and share properties.
Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts
Before posting, you must link your social media accounts to your Loop agency profile.
- Click your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select Settings.
- Navigate to Social Media Accounts.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your agency’s Facebook and/or Instagram accounts.
- Once connected, assign these accounts to the relevant teams within your agency.
Note: Only users with Admin permissions can complete the initial connection of social media accounts.
Step 2: Create Post & Image Templates
Templates allow you to standardise your messaging and automatically pull dynamic data (such as bedroom counts, property types, and prices) directly from a property record.
Creating a Post Template
- In your social media settings, click New Template (e.g., "Coming Soon").
- Draft your caption text (e.g., "Coming to the market in your area...").
- Insert dynamic placeholders for property details such as bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, price, and features.
- Assign a default Image Template to the post design (e.g., Twin Gallery).
- Click Save Template.
Customising Image Templates
- Navigate to the Image Templates section to view standard options or create custom designs.
- Customize layouts by applying your agency’s branding colours and default media arrangements.
Step 3: Post or Schedule a Property Listing
You can post pre-market or active properties directly from their individual property records once media and details are uploaded.
- Open the desired property record and click the Send button.
- Select Send to Social Media.
- Select your preferred Image Gallery layout and the target channels (Facebook, Instagram, or both).
- Review the auto-populated caption, property details, and images. Edit the text or change the cover photo if needed.
- Choose your publishing option:
- Publish Now: Instantly pushes the post live to your selected channels.
- Schedule for Later: Choose a future date and time for the post to publish automatically.
- Click Publish or Schedule to finalize.
