Modified on Mon, 3 Nov at 12:29 PM

Once you have created your personalized custom email templates, you can use them to quickly send professional communications from various points within Loop.

? Sending an Ad-Hoc Email Using a Custom Template

The following example demonstrates how to send an email from a property sale, such as emailing a memorandum of sale to solicitors, but the process is similar across the platform.

1. Access the Email Function

Navigate to the area where you want to send the email (e.g., a specific Sale screen).

  • At the top of the screen, look for the option to send an ad hoc email.

2. Select Recipients

In the ad-hoc email section:

  • Review the contact details available for that specific sale or property.

  • Select the people you want to send the email to (e.g., the Seller Solicitor, the Seller).

  • Click Next to proceed to the composition screen.

3. Apply the Custom Template

On the email composition screen:

  • You will see the standard ad-hoc email composition area.

  • Look for the option to apply a custom template.

  • Select your desired custom template from the list.

4. Review and Send

Once the custom template is applied:

  • The content of your email will automatically populate, using the placeholders to fill in personalized data (like names and addresses).

  • Action: You may need to update the subject line of the email, as the template may not automatically set it.

  • When the email is ready, click the Send button to dispatch the custom email.
