Modified on Fri, 9 Aug at 11:57 AM

Overview

In this guide, we will cover how to accept an offer for a sales property or an application for a rental property while still keeping the property listed on the market. This feature is helpful when you want to continue attracting potential buyers or renters until certain conditions are met.

Accepting an Offer in Sales

1. **Locate the Offer**:

   - Navigate to the sales property and find the offer you wish to accept.

2. **Accept the Offer**:

   - Click on the **Accept** button. This action will present you with a range of options at the top of the screen.

3. **Set the Display Status**:

   - By default, the property will be marked as **Under Offer** on the portals.

   - If you prefer to keep the property listed as **For Sale** until you receive the solicitor's information and issue the memorandum, you can change the display status.

   - In the box at the bottom of the options, select **For Sale**. This will keep the property displayed as for sale on the portals while accepting the offer.

Accepting an Application in Lettings

1. **Locate the Application**:

   - Navigate to the rental property and find the application you wish to accept.

2. **Accept the Application**:

   - Click on the **Accept** button. You will see similar options as in the sales process.

3. **Set the Display Status**:

   - Decide the status you want the property to display on the portals.

   - You can choose to mark it as **Let Agreed** if you have enough applications and have decided on one.

   - Alternatively, you can keep it listed as **To Let** to continue attracting potential renters while processing the current application.
