Meetings can be scheduled to record appointments involving just members of your team, or your clients or any of your third party partners. Don't use it for Viewings or Appraisals!
- Meetings can be created by you and attended by one or more members of your team. The appointment will show in each of the attendees diary.
- Meetings are ideal for organising team meetings, or for holding time, booking days off and showing general unavailability.
- Meetings can be linked to a person or a property. e.g./ Meeting surveyor at 18 Acacia Avenue.
- Set a reminder on a Meeting and Loop will notify you with a pop-up message in the software and via an email when the Meeting is due.
- You'll see all of your Meeting on the Diary and you can access them at a glance using the Agenda Slider.
