Ad Hoc Emails through Loop

Modified on Wed, 8 May at 4:49 PM

Introduction:

In Loop, users have the flexibility to send ad hoc emails to individuals or groups, whether they are buyers, sellers, renters, or landlords. This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to send these ad hoc emails through Loop, covering various scenarios and options available within the platform.

1. Accessing Ad Hoc Email Feature:

Navigate to the respective person's file, whether it's a buyer, seller, landlord, or renter.

Look for the option to send an ad hoc email, usually located at the top of the person's file.

2. Consent Consideration:

Before sending ad hoc emails, ensure that recipients have given permission to receive such communications.

Be mindful of GDPR regulations, especially when the email content may include marketing materials.

3. Managing Consent:

Check the recipient's file for their consent preferences, which may include permissions for property matching, general marketing, or referrals.

If consent for general marketing is not yet obtained, consider obtaining it during the registration process.

4. Composing the Email:

Once recipients are selected and consent is confirmed, proceed to compose the email.

Customize the subject line, message content, and add any necessary attachments or links.

Your email signature is already built in so does not need to be added at this stage.

5. Sending the Email:

Preview the email or send a test email to ensure everything appears as intended.

Click the "send" button to dispatch the email to the selected recipients.

Monitor the system log to track email delivery status, indicated by colour codes such as one green tick for delivered, two green ticks for ready and red for undelivered.

6. Sending Ad Hoc Emails to Groups:

Users can also send ad hoc emails to groups of buyers, sellers, renters, or landlords.

Filter the desired group based on specific criteria, such as expiring listings or inactive contacts.

Use the bulk email feature to send personalized messages to multiple recipients simultaneously.

7. Sending Emails from Property Records:

Emails can be sent directly from property records, accessing recipient email addresses associated with sellers or landlords.

Similarly, emails can be sent from market appraisals, providing efficient communication channels for property-related matters. There are located in the additional menu items under the three dots in the top right of the file.

Summary:

Sending ad hoc emails through Loop offers a convenient way to communicate with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders in the real estate process.

By following the outlined steps and considering consent requirements, users can effectively manage their email communications within the platform.
