Vendor Account Activation:
Invitation Email:
- After you share Property Hub with a vendor from Loop, they will receive an invitation email.
Activate Account:
- The vendor clicks the "Activate Account" link in the email.
Sign-Up Page:
- They are redirected to a sign-up page where they must create a password.
Set Password:
- The vendor enters their desired password and clicks "Register."
Log In:
- They can then log in to their Property Hub account using their email address and newly created password.
Property Hub Interface and Functionality:
Shared Property:
- Once logged in, the vendor will see the property you have shared with them.
Shared Information:
- Property Hub allows you to control the information shared with vendors, including:
- Viewing feedback
- Notes
- Documents
- Sales progression updates
- Offers
- Marketing materials

Pre-Market Status:
- The vendor can see the property's current status (e.g., "Preparing for Market"). This reflects the status in Loop.
Media and Marketing:
- When you add media (e.g., photos) to the property in Loop, it will be visible to the vendor in Property Hub.
- This allows them to see how their property will be presented in marketing materials.
On-Market Status:
- Once the property is marked as "On Market" in Loop, the vendor will see additional sections in Property Hub:
- Marketing
- Viewings
- Offers
- Sales
- Branch contact details
