When you book an appointment in Loop, you have the option to confirm the details with your client via text message. Additionally, on the day of the appointment, Loop will automatically send out a reminder text message 60 minutes before the appointment.
Text confirmations & reminders are a great way to directly engage your clients. Messages are delivered instantly to their personal mobile device. With the unique reply function, you’ll know if your clients are unable to make their appointment before you set off, thus eliminating wasted journeys.

Drop the team an email on [email protected] requesting to be set up on the text confirmations & reminders service and we’ll configure your account.
There is a £10 monthly fee to secure your unique texting number, and then you can choose text bundles from as little as 5p per message.
Once we’ve added your number and text bundle to your account, you’ll be notified that the service is active and you’ll be good to go!

Ways to purchase text bundles:
Drop the team an email on [email protected] requesting the bundle quantity you’d like and we’ll send you an invoice for online payment via BACs.
Alternatively, authorise us via email to draw down on your existing Direct Debit by sending an email to [email protected] and we'll add the credits straight away.
