Marketing flags for lettings properties allow you to specify key details about a property, such as whether it is furnished or unfurnished, and whether bills are included. These flags help potential tenants quickly understand the essential features and restrictions associated with a listing.

Accessing Marketing Flags

To view or update the marketing flags for a property:

1. Navigate to the property listing, either in the "on market" or "pre-market" stage.
2. Open the property card.
3. Go to the Details Page and scroll down to the section labeled Special Considerations.

Available Marketing Flags

In the Special Considerations section, you can find and update various marketing flags, including:

• Furnishing Options: Furnished, Unfurnished, or Optional
• Bills Inclusion: Includes Gas, Water, Electricity, etc.
• Appliances Provided: Washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
• Restrictions: No pets, No children, or other specific tenancy requirements

Dont forget to update the listing after from the Marketing Tab
