How to Verify an Address in the Loop Prospecting Module

Modified on Fri, 7 Feb at 11:21 AM

Introduction

In some cases, an address may not be automatically verified within the Loop Prospecting Module. If we cannot find the exact door number but you can determine it through external sources, you can manually verify the address. Follow this guide to complete the process.

Accessing the Prospecting Module

  1. Open Loop and navigate to the Prospecting Module.
  2. Review the data that requires verification.

Verifying the Address

  1. Identify the property that needs verification.
  2. If the system does not automatically verify the address, conduct external research:
    • Check property listing sites (e.g., Rightmove).
    • Use Google Maps or virtual tours.
    • Rely on local knowledge.
  3. Once you have identified the correct property details, click on the Edit button.
  4. The system will check whether the property already exists within Loop.
  5. If no matches are found, proceed to the next step.
  6. The system will provide Land Registry Information to assist with verification.
  7. Use your research to match the correct property (e.g., Number 4, Cranmore Way).
  8. Select the correct property and manually tag it for verification.

Finalizing the Process

  • Once verified, the address will now be available for letter ladders and targeted prospecting.
  • You can start writing letters and reaching out to potential leads.
